Crème Brûlée Recipe
This is a purely indulgent classic French dessert that will have you coming back for more. It might seem a bit long, but once you've made it a couple of times it really isn't that difficult. You can even do most of the work the day before and then caramelise the sugar on the night.
Be careful when caramelising to not burn the sugar. This is where the spray of water helps. I would also recommend a little kitchen blow torch rather than one from the garage.
